What is the product shelf life?

Shay Shay Butters Body Products are made with carefully sourced, 100% natural, and preservative free ingredients. Therefore, we guarantee optimal quality within 6 months of receipt.

What to do if your butter has melted?

Our butters are sensitive to warm temperatures. Although its impact on quality and performance is minimal, we understand that you want to maintain the level of quality you expect from Shay Shay Butters.

Here is a tip! If your butter has become soft or has melted, simply store it in the refrigerator until it cools. The whipped texture may have changed but it will continue to keep you ash free!

How do you keep the Product Integrity?

Because of the preservative-free nature of our whipped butters, they can be subject to melting. We strongly recommend that all our products are stored in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight and elevated temperatures.
